Allister Frost is a digital business pioneer and sought-after keynote speaker who inspires audiences to confidently grab future possibilities with both hands.
“I’ve committed the last three decades to understanding how organisations should approach change—and particularly digital transformation—so they achieve long-term success. I give keynote talks at events and conferences and am a keen believer in the positive potential of technology to improve our world.
Many companies find themselves being drawn towards fancy new technologies in the belief that they will help solve old problems. Sometimes they do, but most business leaders I meet will concede that their organisation hasn’t yet taken full advantage of the tools already in their hands and even fewer have proper readiness plans to embrace the next big thing. That’s why my focus is always on the here and now, not on far-flung opportunities that stem from emerging or unproven technologies. My mantra is “Catch Up, Keep Up, and Never Give Up,” a rallying cry to business people at all levels of seniority to start by making the most of today’s opportunities and only veering towards shiny new technologies when the time is right and the company is ready.
In my corporate marketing career, I worked for Microsoft, rising to become the company’s first Head of Digital Marketing Strategy, and oversaw the global launches of several versions of Windows. Prior to this, I managed marketing teams for household brands including Kleenex, Huggies and Andrex at Kimberly-Clark.
I’m proud to have been recognised with industry awards including UK Digital Marketing Personality of the Year (2013 and 2019), the coveted Lester Wunderman Award for Outstanding Creative Work, and Cannes Lion awards for marketing campaigns at Microsoft. I am a fully accredited Chartered Marketer and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
I look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve your business and career ambitions.”
